Shailesh is a financial technologist and technology manager with more than a decade of experience in delivering robust, innovative and scalable solutions to solve business/technology challenges, across top-tier buy and sell-side institutions. Shailesh has a proven track record and acumen in delivering large-scale global projects, in-time and on-budget, for front-office, EMEA regulatory programs and compliance offices. He has in-depth knowledge of Equities and FX trading flows, market data, pre/post-trade analytics, portfolio analysis, MiFID II, Best Execution metrics and Trade Surveillance solutions, and an educational background in engineering and finance from well-respected institutions with right blend of skills to make a huge impact in a highly demanding role.
